As such, Summer Jamboree S.r.l. is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the purchased product.
A lack of conformity occurs when the product is not suitable for the use to which it must habitually serve.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods either by repair or replacement (Article 130 of the Consumer Code) without expense (excluding shipping costs) by returning the product in question to Summer Jamboree S.r.l.
If the requested course of action is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other, the choice to either repair or replace the goods (without charge) will lie with Summer Jamboree S.r.l.
