If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the item or items can be returned and refunded.
Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the original order; please note that it may take several business days for the return to reach our warehouse.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
N.B. Personalized products are non-refundable.
Returns from Italy
Access your personal profile, open the order of interest and select the item you want to return. Fill in all the required data and you will be contacted by our Customer Service.
Or:
Notify our Customer Service of your intention to return the item (or items) to [email protected] and indicate the collection address, the person to contact and the telephone number.
We will then arrange a courier to collect the package and notify you by e-mail. You will have to kindly print the label that we will send you and attach it to the package.
Returns from the rest of the world
Access your personal profile, open the order of interest and select the item you want to return. Fill in all the required data and you will be contacted by our Customer Service.

Please keep proof of postage until we confirm that the refund has been processed.
Important Information
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- As soon as we receive your package and we have verified that the item is in conformity with how it was shipped to you, we will confirm by e-mail that the return has been accepted and we will refund the amount to the credit card with which it is payment has been made. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The refund will be made within 30 days, or in line with your credit card policies.
- Please send all the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return is processed as quickly as possible.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The original labels of the article must not be removed.
- The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please make sure it is packed correctly and cannot be damaged in transit; We also suggest that you use a postal service that ensures the value of the items you are returning and that you obtain proof of shipment.
Changes
We currently do not offer exchanges, sorry. We are happy to accept returns of intact items within 14 days of the order date.
