SUITABILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on our website you will be asked to provide your personal data. In particular, you must provide your real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. In addition, you will be required to provide payment information that you declare and warrant to be valid and correct, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information you have provided.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Summer Jamboree offers products for sale that are currently in stock and available for shipping from our distribution center in Italy.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in the cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.
TYPES OF SHIPMENT
We offer express shipping (1-4 working days) for specific Italian regions, such as Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and the Islands for which the delivery may take up to a couple of days longer. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
Within the European Union, all destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. If you select a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination (outside of the European Union), once your order arrives at its destination it may be subject to import duties and taxes that you will be asked to pay in order to clear your order through customs.
Summer Jamboree has no control over these charges and cannot tell you exactly how much they might be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
TRACKING ORDERS
Once your purchases have been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping number indicated by the courier. Registered customers can access their account on summerjamboree.shop and find all the information. For any problem related to order tracking, Summer Jamboree Customer Service at [email protected] will do its best to update you on the status of your order as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
All deliveries from summerjamboree.shop will be accompanied by an invoice stating the value of each individual item. For items on sale, the invoice will show the discounted amounts.
If, for any reason, the parcel should not be successfully delivered to the provided address, you will be contacted by our Customer Service. If, even in this case, we are unable to find an alternative shipping address, the parcel will be sent back to the warehouse and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) may be returned and refunded.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt of your original order; please note that it may take several business days before your returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
Please note that customized products are non-refundable.
RETURNS FROM ITALY
Please notify our Customer Service Department of your intention to return the item(s) in writing to [email protected] and provide us with the collection address, the person to contact and the telephone number.
We will then arrange a courier to pick up the parcel and notify you by e-mail. You must kindly print the label that we will send you and securely attach it to the parcel.
RETURNS FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD
Please notify our Customer Service Department of your intention to return the item(s) in writing to [email protected] and provide us with the tracking number of the shipment.
Please retain the proof of shipment until we have confirmed that the refund has been processed.
The goods are under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that they are properly packed and cannot be damaged while in transit. We suggest you use a reliable postal/courier service that allows you to ensure the value of the items you are returning, and obtain and retain the proof of shipment.
Please note that all return shipping costs are under the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as we receive your parcel and have verified its condition, we will confirm that the return has been accepted by e-mail and we will process the refund to the same credit card used to make the payment. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
(Refunds will be processed within 30 days, or in line with credit card policies).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– All items undergo quality checks and are further checked for defects before being shipped to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
– Please send all items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
– The item must not be worn; it must be in the same condition in which it was received.
– The original labels on the item must not be removed.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges at the moment. We are happy to accept returns of unused, unworn and in perfect condition items, within 14 days from the date of your order.
You will be able to place a new order later.
PAYMENTS, PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
Summerjamboree.shop accepts payment via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
If you choose to pay by PayPal, when you select this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and to review the amount indicated before clicking on ‘Pay Now’. Once the transaction is complete, you will be returned to summerjamboree.shop.

The contents of Summerjamboree.shop, which include, but are not limited to, works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, logos, and any other material published on summerjamboree.shop in any format, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, patterns, tools, fonts, website design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software that are part of summerjamboree.shop, are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights of SUMMER JAMBOREE SRL and its rights holders. The reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, of summerjamboree.shop and its contents is not permitted without the written consent of Summer Jamboree.
