Francesco began his competitive career at the age of 10. He paired up with his long-time partner Carolina Lampugnani in 2001 and quickly began collecting trophies for Rock’n’Roll, Mixing Blues, and Jitterbug / Swing. In 2010 they were declared Mixing Blues World Champions in Valènce, France.
His passion and talent spread to Boogie Woogie and Lindy Hop in 2008, for which he went on to win the title of Absolute Italian Champion for 5 consecutive years from 2012 to 2016, amongst other titles in both national and international competitions.
Over the years, his passion has continued to grow, and has even led him as far afield as New Orleans, the capital of Jazz, to study and actively participate with the “Nola” Swing Community for a prolonged period.
His passion for dance is evident in his style, and is also the reason that he is invited to collaborate with so many artists all over the world, and is requested to teach at so many international festivals.
He is a qualified dance instructor and competition judge and taught for several years at Studio Larosa Dance.
