During selection couples will be required to dance to three different tempos: slow, medium, and fast, after which the judges will select 6 couples to compete in the final.
n the final, couples will be asked to dance to two pieces of music. For the first piece all couples will dance at the same time, for the second the couples will take turns to dance one at a time in a kind of jam session.

The judges will be ten dance teachers from Summer Jamboree Dance Camp and Boot Camp.
